Task Management

Tasks can be used to remind yourself that an action needs to be taken in the future.

To add a new task, scroll down to the Activity Timeline of the record and click New Activity-> Task.

New Activity

Enter the Subject, Date/Time due, who the task is assigned to, and the description of the task.

Create a Task

You have the ability to set a pop-up reminder that will appear within the Snapforce screen at a specified time. To set a reminder, click the Reminder checkbox at the bottom of the task. Set the amount of time before the due date that you want this reminder to appear.

Create Task Reminders

When you are done, click Save to save the task to the activity timeline of the record.
