Activities Module

The Activities module displays a list of all activities added in the system, with the exception of events.

When the module is opened, a sortable list of activities will appear. You have the ability to add filters to narrow down the type of activities, the user, and any other criteria.


There are standard existing views that have been created.(All Calls, All Emails, My Tasks This month, Open Tasks Owned by Me, etc.) These already contain filters. When selected, you will only see activities matching that description.




Activities can be added from this module. To add a new activity from the Activities module, click New -> (Activity Type)



You will be prompted to enter all information pertaining to this activity. Once all information has been provided, click Save. If associated with a lead, contact, account, or opportunity, it will be saved to that record's timeline.
