There are additional customization settings that are located in the Other Settings section.
To access this section, click your Username -> Settings.
Under Customization, click Other Settings. There are currently four additional settings listed.
Maps - This setting is used to turn the map image feature on or off. This feature can be seen within any record that contains an address field.
Support Tickets Available For - This is used for determining what user levels will have access to see, create, or communicate with our technical team though support cases. Any level selected will give access to anyone within that level or above.
Date Format -This will ensure that all dates entered follow the same set format. The date format selected in this area will affect all dates in Date type fields.
Time Format - This will ensure that all times entered follow the same set format. The time format selected in this area will affect all times in Time type fields.
