You can manage your subscription by clicking on the SUBSCRIPTION tab located inside your Snapforce CRM account toward the upper right side of every page.
You can change your your user count and / or add-on's under Manage Subscription > click Users / Addons button.
You can change your edition and / or add another edition to your subscription under Manage Subscription > click Change Edition button.
Changing Your Payment Method on File
Invoices are sent automatically via e-mail 7 days prior to the bill date. Your card will be billed automatically on that monthly date.
If you need to change the payment information on file, follow these steps:
- Login to Prodigy with Administrator credentials
- Click Subscription in top right corner
- Click "[Credit Card]"
