Customer success is a top priority at Snapforce. Every customer gets a Standard Service Package for online support and training. Our most successful customers take advantage of all Snapforce has to offer, this includes the unprecedented level of service made available to you regardless of the service Package you decide to go with.

We currently offer two service Packages to accompany your Snapforce CRM purchase, you can read more about the Standard Service Package below.

Standard Service

Every SnapForce customer gets a Standard Success Package for online support and training. Our Standard Success Package, included with each license, provides:

  • Access to our “Getting Started” online course catalog Standard Service Package
  • Online assistance through knowledge articles and community resources
  • Client portal support tickets/case submission
  • Standard tech support via the client portal, including live chat (available from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mon thru Fri est)

Standard Service is for companies that require non-critical support and around the clock availability when getting started and managing your Snapforce instance. If you need a faster response, 24×7 support coverage, and a comprehensive training solution, we recommend our Tier-1 Service Package. Regardless of the service Package you choose, Snapforce customer service is always available during normal business hours (9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mon thru Fri est).
